For a resort in a small town, the Manoir has a large conference centre — large enough to have hosted the G7 summit in June 2018. The hotel's meetings page gives 22,000 square feet of event space, a maximum of 1,000 guests and 1,150 parking spaces. Loto-Québec, describing the same centre from the casino's side, counts 14 event spaces.
The halls
The hotel's capacity chart, which it prints on both its meetings and weddings pages, lists fourteen spaces. We reproduce the main figures; where a cell is empty, the hotel did not give a figure.

The Tea Room is also listed with a boardroom layout for 22. The hotel's pages are not consistent about the number of venues: the meetings and social-events pages say 11, the weddings page 19 with a maximum of 600 guests, and the chart lists the 14 above. We suggest you work from the chart and ask the events team about anything else.
Meetings
The hotel offers a dedicated event specialist, menus built on Charlevoix ingredients, high-speed Wi-Fi and audiovisual services through its partner Encore, at extra cost. The golf course doubles as a venue for corporate outings, which the golf team plans with groups of any size. For a working retreat, the advantage of the Manoir over a city hotel is obvious: delegates who cannot leave are at least looking at a river.
Weddings
The weddings page describes ceremonies on the clifftop of the golf course, "with panoramic views of the St. Lawrence River stretching beneath you", and receptions in the halls above. Peak wedding season is May to October, but the hotel says weddings can be held all year. It offers an on-site planner, custom menus with local ingredients and options for dietary needs, group room rates from ten rooms, and — a detail couples appreciate — no restriction on which photographer you bring.
Rooms for your guests
This is where we can help. Group contracts, event spaces and catering are signed with the hotel's events team directly, by Fairmont, and we do not handle them. But if you are organising a wedding party, a family reunion or a small group trip and want someone to gather availability across room types for your guests' dates, send us the request sheet with the dates and roughly how many rooms you need. We will come back with what the hotel or a booking partner can offer, and you decide.
Social events on the calendar
The hotel's home page announced Le Grand Marché en Rose, which it calls Charlevoix's Grand Cocktail Dinner, for Saturday 14 November 2026, in support of the Quebec Breast Cancer Foundation. See our seasons and events page for other dated items we found.
