Wellness at the Manoir is divided between two places: the Moment Spa, which works by reservation, and the wellness centre with its pools, whirlpools, steam room and gym, which hotel guests use freely. The details below come from the hotel's wellness and spa pages, read on 31 October 2026.
Moment Spa

- 13 massage rooms and 3 duo suites
- Relaxation
- A relaxation space with NeuroSpa chairs
- Hours
- Monday to Friday 10 a.m.–5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday 9 a.m.–5 p.m.
- Booking
- By reservation only
The spa offers massages, aesthetic treatments and body treatments. Two massages the hotel names as guest favourites are a detoxifying clay massage, which it describes as soothing and hydrating and good for joint and muscle pain, and an aromatic oil massage built around a personal choice of essential oils. Three duo suites mean couples can book side by side. The hotel also sells gift certificates for treatments or packages.
Because the spa closes at five, plan treatments for the middle of the day. In ski season that means a morning on the slopes at Mont Grand-Fonds and an afternoon appointment; in summer, a round of golf at eight and the spa after lunch.
The pools
This is where the Manoir is at its most generous. The hotel lists:
- an indoor pool, with lap lanes;
- two outdoor pools, one of them open all year;
- an indoor whirlpool;
- an outdoor whirlpool, open all year;
- a eucalyptus steam room;
- men's and women's locker rooms.
The pools are open every day from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. They are heated, and the image the hotel uses in its winter pages — steam rising off blue water with snow on the terrace — is not an exaggeration of what a heated outdoor pool does in a Quebec January. Non-guests can buy day passes to the pools and wellness facilities by contacting the wellness centre.

Fitness and recovery
The fitness centre is open 24 hours a day, with free weights, exercise bikes, stair climbers and treadmills, and a separate recovery space. The resort fee covers on-site activities such as bike loans, which in summer are the pleasantest way to see Pointe-au-Pic and the shore road.
Families at the pool
The hotel describes the outdoor pool as the family one and the indoor pool as the quieter place for lengths. The hotel invites families to the pools; for the spa itself, we suggest asking about any age rules when you book a treatment.
A wellness stay, in practice
If the spa is the reason for the trip, book treatments before you arrive; with thirteen rooms it is not a tiny spa, but weekends fill up. Choose a room with space to rest in: a Deluxe View room or the Jacuzzi King. And keep one evening for the outdoor whirlpool after dark, when the river disappears and only the lights of the far shore remain. The hotel publishes spa packages from time to time; we do not reproduce discounts, but we can ask what is on offer for your dates.
