What this site is
La Malbaie Stays (lamalbaiestays.com) is an independent information site about Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu and the Casino de Charlevoix in La Malbaie, Quebec, and the region around them. It is not the official website of the hotel or of the casino and is not affiliated with Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Accor or Loto-Québec. Brand and place names are used only to identify what we write about.
Information on the site
We take care to publish only facts we have read in a named source, and we date our checks. Hotels change hours, fees, menus and policies without notice, and sources sometimes contradict each other. The information here is offered in good faith for planning purposes; please confirm anything important — prices, fees, opening hours, accessibility, pet rules — with the hotel or with us before you rely on it.
Room requests
Sending the request sheet asks us to check availability and price. It is not a reservation and creates no obligation for you or for us. Any booking you choose to make is made with the hotel or with a booking partner, under their terms, cancellation rules and payment conditions. We never ask for payment card details on this site. Gambling
Information about the Casino de Charlevoix is descriptive only and is intended for adults. Entry is restricted to people aged 18 and over. Nothing on this site is an offer or an encouragement to gamble.

We link to the hotel, to Loto-Québec, to government bodies, parks and transport operators so that you can check our sources. We are not responsible for the content of those sites, which may change after we have read them.
