This is the long form of the request sheet that sits at the bottom of every page. It sends your request to our desk, not to the hotel's booking engine. A person reads it, checks what Fairmont Le Manoir Richelieu has open for your dates — with the hotel or with a booking partner — and answers by email.
What helps us most
- Dates — written as YYYY-MM-DD, first night and the morning you leave. If you are flexible, say so in the note.
- People — the number of adults and children, and children's ages if you are happy to share them; it decides which rooms are possible.
- The view — whether the river matters. It is the biggest single difference between categories. Our rooms page explains them.
- The reason — golf, the spa, the whales, a wedding, a winter weekend. It helps us suggest the right room and the right nights.
- Needs — accessibility, a crib, a pet, a snowmobile to park. Tell us exactly; we would rather ask the hotel than guess.
What happens next
We confirm what is available and at what price, including the resort fee and any parking you will need. If your first choice is taken, we suggest the nearest alternative. You decide whether to go ahead. The booking itself is made with the hotel or the partner, on their terms. We never ask for a card number on this site, and sending this form does not reserve anything.
Groups and events
For weddings, meetings and groups, the event contract and the halls are handled by the hotel's own events team. We can still help you gather room availability for your guests; see meetings and weddings.
